-Wash and degrease wheels, tires and fenders with proper tools to reach every nook and cranny. -Perform a thorough hand wash, including door frames, gas cap and front-end bug removal. -Apply a ferric decontaminant to remove metal particles and prevent paint damage. -Use a clay bar to remove stubborn impurities and restore smoothness to the paint. -Protect moldings and sensitive areas with tape to prevent stains or damage during the process. -Apply an All-in-One treatment, which combines a finishing polish with a coat of wax or sealant for added protection. -Clean the surface with a special product to assess the true condition of the paint after treatment. -Finish with details such as cleaning tires, glass and touch-ups in specific areas.

Headlight Restoration Service
-Initial sanding to remove oxidation: In this first stage, we eliminate the oxidized layer, creating a noticeable slurry. -Sanding with 1000 grit: We begin refining the surface, gradually reducing oxidation residue and smoothing out sanding marks. -Sanding with 1500 grit: At this point, a significant improvement in the headlight’s clarity becomes noticeable. -Sanding with 2500 grit: We continue refining the surface to achieve a more even and polished finish. -Sanding with 3000 grit: The final sanding step, leaving the headlight looking much clearer and ready for polishing. -Polishing with a cutting compound: Using a polisher, a cutting compound, and a cutting pad, we remove the sanding marks. -Final polishing: We finish with a soft polish and a finishing pad to maximize clarity and refine the previous cutting step. -Headlight protection: To preserve the restoration, we apply a six-month sealant for long-term protection.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HV CLEANING PRIME MEMBERSHIP
Generalities
By subscribing to any of the HV Cleaning Prime membership plans, the client accepts the following terms and conditions. The membership provides access to exclusive services at preferential prices, according to the selected plan.
Payments and Billing
Payment for the membership is made on a monthly and recurring basis.
The corresponding amount will be automatically charged on the subscription date or on a date agreed with the client.
Partial or total refunds are not allowed once payment has been made.
Use of Services
The membership is personal and non-transferable and may only be used for the registered vehicle.
The services included in each plan must be used within the billing period (1 month) and are not cumulative for the following month.
If the client does not schedule their services within the corresponding month, the unused services will be lost without the right to refund or compensation.
Cancellations and Suspensions
The client may cancel their membership at any time before the next billing cycle.
If the membership is cancelled, the client may continue to enjoy the services until the end of the period already paid for, but there will be no refunds for unused days.
HV Cleaning Prime reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership in the event of misuse, breach of terms or non-payment.
Modification of Prices and Services
HV Cleaning Prime reserves the right to modify the prices, included services or benefits of the membership at any time.
In the event of rate changes, active members will be notified at least 15 days in advance.
Limitations of Liability
HV Cleaning Prime is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or personal items left inside the vehicle.
In the event of force majeure (extreme weather, emergencies, etc.), services may be rescheduled without penalty.
By subscribing to a HV Cleaning Prime membership, the client agrees and acknowledges having read these terms and conditions.
